In addition to courses in Czech and English language and preparation for admission to the university, The Educational Center Association provides comprehensive support throughout the programme. The support programme is offered to all preparatory course students.
Before signing the contract with the Educational Center Association and arrival in the Czech Republic, clients receive a comprehensive consultation about:
Each student receives not only the basic package of documents for a visa but also detailed instructions for solving all related issues. Students have also issued a confirmation letter of residence in the Czech Republic.
The Center managers actively assist students in filling out and completing required forms, including in Czech. If necessary, the Association translation bureau can provide a translation of the documents with legal certification.
The Center also offers medical insurance policies (necessary or comprehensive) without personal attendance. The student is required to have medical insurance.
The managers of the educational center Association conduct ongoing consultations on the issues of admission to universities, help with correspondence and negotiate with the university, help with the required documents.
Yes, our managers meet students at any time at the train station or the airport in Prague. The cost of services includes meeting upon your arrival and transfer to the place of residence. Transfer from other cities is paid separately.
We offer the most comfortable living conditions at the best price to suit the students' wishes. It can be single and double rooms in dormitories or apartments.
How do I get a mobile communication?
On the day of arrival, our manager helps you connect to local mobile service provider.
Registration in the Migration Police Department of the Czech Interior Ministry.

Excursion
The Association organises a study tour of Prague. They show the location of banks, post offices, libraries, clinics, shopping centers, cafes and restaurants, currency exchange offices, etc.
Students Assistance
Our managers explain in details rules for using public city transportation. They give the city map, the local transport timetables, and a map of the neighborhood. They instruct students on how to use public transportation, transfers and schedules. Our managers assist with travel tickets. If desired, our managers help to open an account in any Czech bank in Czech crowns or foreign currency.
Help with an entrance exams to the Universities.
Students are provided with the necessary assistance in passing the entrance exams and interviews. Also we organize an enrollment to selected private universities without the entrance exams.
Can the visa be extended?
The staff of the Educational Center Association consulting on the extension of the Czech visa after entering the selected university
Legal assistance
If required we provide legal aid and lawyer consultation during the program, if needed. Lawyer’s fees are paid separately.
Medical Care
We assist with medical care in emergencies. We arrange transportation to the clinic or hospital; we can hire an translator for the doctor's appointments. Our managers will assist our students with interacting with the client’s insurance company
What is the cultural program?
During the program, all students will enjoy a rich cultural program, including group events: theatre, museum, concerts, exhibitions, other cultural events or exertions in Prague and guided tours to other European capitals. Students pay for the separate tickets to the games or a portion of group expenses. Our managers provide organisational support and assistance free of charge. There are also our internal cultural events organized by the center helping our students to become better acquainted with each other, as well as with teachers and staff of the Center. We also organize festive events and informal meetings with native speakers.
Will I have a curator?
There is a teacher-curator supervising and assisting each group of students during the entire period of the program. The curator will tell you about the internal regulations, announce information about upcoming events, help resolve problems and issues, prepare reports for parents.
The curator provides ongoing monitoring of your study progress and attendance. Students’ parents are informed continuously about student performance.
